Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bellzi fashion pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective inserts are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
